Factory Audit

Factory Audit

Your supply chain is only as good as its weakest link. The only way to ensure smooth running of your business and uninterrupted supply of goods is to thoroughly vet potential suppliers before integrating them into your supply chain. Factory Audits (FA) can uncover problems before production or order confirmation. You can have a clear understanding of your supplier’s capabilities, quality control system, management and operating procedures. This enables you to select a qualified supplier with confidence.

When is a suitable time to conduct a Factory Audit?

When you are planning to start new cooperation with either new or existing suppliers, factory audit can help you do a thorough check on the most updated capabilities of the factory.

When is a suitable time to conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection?

A Pre-Shipment Inspection is suggested to be scheduled at least 2 working days before the planned loading date, so that the buyer can have enough time to check the report and decide whether to release the shipment as planned, or to discuss corrective action with the manufacturer.
